Working the snowglobe

Hey babe how's it going. Nice to see you came back again.

How was work today kids?

Work for me involves a lot of road trips... and I mean a lot! You get really accustomed to every suburb in Sydney. Every traffic light. Every stop sign. Every retarded bogan dude that thinks he can wave at you with his friends outside some window -_-.

Sounds epic right?
Perhaps if your in a singing mood (which I always am, hello...siren song). Singing in the car can be really great... but also really repetitive at the same time... you listen to the top 40 on every radio station, playing all the same songs, so you go to your cd stacker and play some hot tunes. Being a cd it tends to be not so hot after a while - 12 songs only lasts so long.
Then you have the massive fail situations where your singing and getting to that high note, then some douche bag driver goes past you so you get all embarrassed, turn the radio down and then kind of hum until he passes... then belt it out all over again :) vicious cycle? I think not.

The epic drive comes to a massive halt when you have to get back to work and actually complete the administrative side of everything else your doing. Me being the super fast touch typer I am normally has little to no work to do when I get back to the office, other then cold calling which I normally leave to the very last minute. Who wants to repeat themselves anyway?

So what do you do instead?
Work your parisian snow globe. The fake snow and glitter gets me every time. I get lost in the gelatinous world inside my globe and the dome outside being purple (my fabulous colour) really only makes matters worse....

One more shake.... all good.

Ok just one more.... now we are all good :)
